Mitglied werden
„Gute Idee! Ich bin dabei!“
Mitglied werden heißt den Aufbau der Anna Kante eG unterstützen und mitbestimmen. Mit einem Anteil von 100 Euro bist du dabei. Mehr ist gerne gesehen; ein Mitglied kann Anteile in Höhe von bis zu 50.000 Euro halten. Dabei haben alle Mitglieder gleiches Stimmrecht, unabhängig davon, wie viele Anteile sie halten.
Einfach Beitrittsantrag (pdf) ausdrucken, ausfüllen und einsenden (Satzung und Datenschutzerklärung hängen dem Beitrittsantrag an). Wer schon Mitglied ist, und mehr Anteile zeichnen möchte: Hierfür gibt es den Antrag auf Anteilserhöhung (pdf).
Geld Leihen/ investieren

Investierendes Mitglied werden: Wer keine aktive Mitgliedschaft anstrebt, aber gern in die Projekte der Genossenschaft investieren möchte, kann auch „investierendes Mitglied“ werden.
Geld leihen: Wir freuen uns über Sympathisant_innen, die die SoWo eG unterstützen wollen, um sozialen Wohnraum zu schaffen. Die Genossenschaft nimmt hierzu Direktdarlehen von Mitgliedern entgegen. Wichtig: Es handelt sich dabei um Nachrangdarlehen, für die keine Prospektpflicht besteht. Mehr Infos persönlich.

„Hilfe, unser Haus wird verkauft!“
Mietergemeinschaften, die ihr Haus lieber selbst übernehmen und vielleicht auch selbst verwalten wollen, können sich vertrauensvoll an die SoWo eG wenden. Wir unterstützen bei Selbstorganisation, Verhandlungen, und Finanzierung. Die Übernahme der Häuser muss zugleich sozial verträglich und wirtschaftlich tragfähig sein: Die zur Refinanzierung des Kaufs und ggf. der Sanierung nötigen Mieten müssen für die Bestandsbewohner_innen bezahlbar sein. Gemeinschaftliche Hausprojektgruppen, für die Werte wie Selbstverwaltung, Solidarität und Eigentumsneutralisierung eine wichtige Rolle spielen, finden im Verbund der SoWo eG ein Zuhause. Kontakt

Hauseigentümer_innen, die ihr Mietshaus verkaufen möchten und an einer sozialen Lösung auch gemeinsam mit den Mieter_innen interessiert sind, kann die SoWo ein passendes Angebot unterbreiten.
